That is great and I think we can all agree we want that more than the money but fact of the matter is we won't get that in arbitration. None of those items are even on the table.

We get 5:10 min per duty day plus 3.5-1 rig. The issue is if u have a day free of duty you don't get paid, the worse examples are 10 hour 3 day trips.

Yeah it's outrageous, but I'm glad you posted so people can see that's what we have now and that's what we have after arbitration. Choice is simple Vote no and keep what you got or vote yes and make 23% more for that crappy trip.
