That is great and I think we can all agree we want that more than the money but fact of the matter is we won't get that in arbitration. None of those items are even on the table.

12. AA vacation value 69% more than DL the first five years.

It's not just the number of days, it's days x daily value.

We're not getting a calender day with or without arbitration. It's not going to happen.

I'm voting yes.

More complex than that but that is the gist of it.

We get 5:10 min per duty day plus 3.5-1 rig. The issue is if u have a day free of duty you don't get paid, the worse examples are 10 hour 3 day trips.

The answer you got above from Cactiboss is not correct. Not even in the gist of it.

Vote NO - contract expires 01/01/2019, industry indexed pay raise 01/01/2016, no changes to current work rules.

Vote YES - contract expires 01/01/2020, pay raise immediately, massive changes to current work rules.

Yeah it's outrageous, but I'm glad you posted so people can see that's what we have now and that's what we have after arbitration. Choice is simple Vote no and keep what you got or vote yes and make 23% more for that crappy trip.

What a crock, why don't you share what the "massive" changes to work rules are?

Yes please do because as an outsider I'm genuinely interested. The work rule changes are what I am looking for.

There has to be another side of the coin because there sure is a lot of arguing going on.
