Personally I would love so much to see a few get pinched and teach the final lesson but I am certain that they will just edge under the wire and avoid being criminally charged.

They dont really need self funding. The company via apa must give them monies as well. I can not remember the split but all 3 get the same amount. What ever monies are left over withing the coffers of the former usapa will be returned or face federal investigation. Dues money games can cost people their freedom, union corruption is no joke and you can thank the teamsters from way back for the laws.

Pilot seniority list arbitrators are a small fraternity.
George Nicolau is a very senior and highly respected member of that fraternity.
I'm sure the East advocates will bear that in mind when presenting their case.
At least some degree of deference to Nicolau would seem wise.
Advocating an all out rejection of Nicolau's work would be extremely perilous.

You can't grasp the difference of us having no funds for flight pay loss, experts during the sli do you? Without donations none of it happens, by the time we get the money the arbitration will have been over for months
