ALPA and the others have posted all proposals per arbitrators approval.

Should make for fun

Why is this a big deal? During the SLI with NWA and DAL all the transcripts were posted with in 24 hours after each day of the precedings.

this time around all 4 unions involved (IBT, ALPA, FAPA, & UTU) signed a no-disclosure agreement effective till some point after final briefs were due. final submission date was last friday, the 24th.

So is someone going to start yelling bloody murder like they did a couple days ago when a RAH pilot said the same thing?

I've seen them.

Each separate union puts their own pilots interests first. Just like you would expect them to. Thats how these things work. Start high and meet somewhere in the middle.

The arbitrator will decide what the "middle" is.

Wrong, the NDA was until the final award. The IBT violated the agreement.

Eichen told all of the parties to refrain from any further release, and asked the IBT to remove the information from their website.

Once the cat was out of the bag, the other pilot groups that played by the agreed upon rules began to ask about the proposals.

One of the groups asked if they could release the proposals due to the fact that RAH guys were sharing crew rooms with FAPA guys. The RAH guys had the proposals and the FAPA guys did not. The arbitrator approved the release of the proposals.

He also reiterated the agreement established at the beginning of the process is still in effect. No additional information will be released until the final award is issued. Apparently some of the groups need simple things repeated to them before they understand the meaning.

The proposals themselves are pretty meaningless at this point, as the Arbitrator will do what he is going to do. I am looking forward to the release of the transcripts and even better, the final briefs.

If anyone wants to spend some quality time and skip to the salient points, they should read the briefs. Specifically FAPA's and the IBT's. They speak for themselves.
