You don't know anything about me. As a coast to coast commuter I chose and continue to choose a transcon commute over bidding anything associated with the former yx flying. Despite the fact my QOL would improve exponentially. I do so out of respect for the former yxers. And I have no aspiration of flying a bus here before the last FO on Frontier's list and the last yxer integrated as an FO has a left seat in one. And that's only if I get stuck here which I have no intention of letting happen. In fact, I'm not even sure I want to continue flying for the airlines.

Several times the arbitrator has pushed things back. The unions can comment on the draft decision till Dec 3rd. He will then review the comments and make his decision sometime after that. I assume worst case scenario would be the end of the year but who the heck knows.

The EXCO and other unions have been instructed to not release anything until the final ruling. Sorry, everyone will have to wait another month for their keyboard commanding.

Do you choose to believe simply what you want to hear? The arbitrator came out afterward and said that there was absolutely no issue of when the IBT released the idea of your staple dreams.
They followed the rules, the other unions were simply waiting for one of them to post before the rest would fall in line, which they did.
