Do you know how to quote things or provide links?
Seriously, you claim a term "third lister", if such a contractual term exists beyond the confines of your thick skull then you could easily provide us all a link and quote.
I am not familiar with the term in any contract other than the 2005 TA... How about it... Ya got a link to a contract or not?

I'm talking about the transition agreement that no longer exist here at Airways, that's where the original third Lister came from. I guess it's ok with you that mean ole usapa moved the west furlouged pilots that were hired on the east seniority list in 2011as new hires up the East seniority list in front of the so called third listers with their West date of hire on the east list. With 6 of them hiding with seniority numbers on both lists, some on all three lists hoping to get a better relative position ahead of their own West pilots in the seniority integration. You mean that universe??? The west pilots on the east list with captains positions on the 190 or fo positions on the 330 making thousands more than their senior West pilots you mean that universe?
There are less than 20 "third list" pilots on the West (16?). They started in a class at the "NEW" USAir and as bases and equipment were doled out, either by choice or by lack of sufficient seniority, they are now based in PHX. Using your logic, the members of the class that are in PHX should be THOUSANDS of numbers junior to members of the SAME class that ended up in East bases because they now have different career expectations?
YGTBSM....good luck with that, Chief. All you are doing is portraying the entire group of third list pilots as USAPA thieves, which I know for a fact the VAST majority are not.

Maybe the cactusboss doesn't provide a link because his attorney had Brown reading excepts from the 2005 TA.. What? No quotes of the term "third lister" from a current, executed, and enforceable contract? "I told ya so."

Man between collelo lying to the arbs and the third lister, this is starting out just like it did in front of Nicolau. The east has torpedoed its case right off the gate.
