Default USAPA Withdraws

What's up with this? I read the letter but like everything USAPA it's lawyer'ish and difficult to interpret meaning. Are they saying we'll have an east committee or that they are going to not participate and file a dfr when all is said and done?

Just read over at the new and improved C&R that the person that "withdrew" USAPA from the committee wasn't authorized to do such.

Hold on to your butts kids, its going to be a wild ride.

Looks like a meltdown over on Woodlawn. The USAPA merger committee withdrew and said they are not coming back. But in a separate letter, USAPA says it still wants to participate. Where does it go from here?

I have no official word on this but my guess is that USAPA said "Fine, 9th. You tied our hands and we cannot adequately represent the east pilots with your ruling. We bail and now the APA has a DFR to the east pilots under MB. They can form an east committee just like they did with the west, and that committee will be free to advocate whatever they want. We're outa here."

Just a guess, as I haven't gotten a single thing from USAPA.

I think I will go down to the courthouse in CLT tomorrow and see if my west friend still wants to shut USAPA down.

Curiouser and curiouser...

BTW, heard a rumor today that the company target for single FOS is now 2017. Buckle in.

I assume you are a 3rd lister. Did you notice a drastic difference on the SLI when comparing the APA list vs the East and West one? Difference between East and West is about 250, East and APA 1,700. ***?

Have you given any consideration to what it will be if the APA changes their proposal to deal with the Nic boat anchors?

Still can't get on the Union Website. How are you getting to CnR?

The website worked pretty well. Too well to be a part of AA. It's been fixed now.

I couldn't get to work at all on my ipad, worked on my PC...until now. Won't connect.

I think all east pilots might want to send a letter to the APA demanding your rights under MB, just like all other groups have.
