linger until the day most of us will retire. I had hoped that we could get this integration behind us in a way that everyone could move forward but I sense a similar Green book/Red book culture of NWA/Republic will be the outcome at the new AA.
Never had a dog in the fight for the Nic award and for me its implementation or not will not be materially different, but it's apparent this Nic award and its involvement either way in this merger will leave us all at a miserable place to work.

No one can be sure of the outcome. But what does seem apparent is that whatever the outcome two groups will feel they have been screwed and as a result the misery of this integration will

I think he was referring to the NIC award. You say this current award "will be fair and equitable for all time...blah blah blah." But your track record is to do everything under the sun, both legal and illegal, in order to escape an award you don't like. Thank god you guys are no longer in the majority.
