19 January class is all LAA equipment too, don't have the drop yet.

Where did you get that? 7 Pilots were giving LUS side? We were told MIA NYC and then 190 PHL? Now you got me worried. Find out tomorrow.

And the next class if Feb. 16th not 19th. Where are you getting your info?

Very excited!

Congrats.

I noticed on the pilotcredentials website, under the demographics section there is a yes/no box that asks "are you now or have you ever been a fighter pilot?"

I am guessing that AA really loves anyone who ever flew fighters since it is the only airline which asks this question directly.

Or does it just easily explain a lower TT vs. the years of professional experience?

Good point. I found it to be an oddly-placed question. It was right below the disabled/protected veteran status and the section that asks you if you're in the demographic of "other than a white male."

Would have thought it would be in the qualifications section where they ask about NATOPS, Check Airman, Stan Eval, etc.

I heard it from someone in the schoolhouse last week. I am almost certain the bases and equipment I have given are correct. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I am 100% positive that 19 Jan is all LAA.

I'll post what they give today. Honestly I could care less but I'd be shocked if they gave all LAA in this class after they sent us email telling 7 of us we we're given LUS side.

I'm sure fleet planning might have something to do with it and with LAA getting Airbus/Boeing Deliveries it wouldn't surprise me if we all went LAA. Especially when they said they were getting almost 4 planes a month this year.

It wouldn't surprise me either. It's been a while since we've had any positive news on the LUS side. It doesn't look like the E190 FOs who are coming up on a year will have anywhere else to go. I'd be impressed if we take on any more.

So on that note, let us all bow our heads in prayer that we are all truly integrated as a pilot group by the end of the year.

Volunteer work, huh? Is this the new way to eliminate some of the 16,000 some odd applications in the system? Hopefully it's not a show stopper. I'd love to volunteer my time, but some people work 60 hours a week. I volunteer my time to the family on the weekends... :)

Volunteering -

It doesn't have to be Mother Teresa stuff. T-ball coaching counts. The list of what people do is interesting.

The percentage that do nothing is in the low single digits. Very low single digits.
