So? Who cares. America west is now AA, and besides America west hasn't been around in over ten years.
Hey, stunning deal if you can get it, but it's still the mother of all windfalls if that occurs. |

A lot of LAA pilots care, especially those junior. That's part of the West committees strategy, in essence, to paint pre-merger West pilots PMCE as identical to LAA. In other words, nothing to see here folks, let's look over there and use UAL/CAL as if AWA and AA were essentially equal pre-merger.

I try to stay pretty positive and hope that we're able to get through this SLI and move forward. Yes, everyone will complain, that's what pilots do best. I also realize that I can't judge an entire group on based on this website, but I'm sometimes shocked at what's coming out of the desert. You won the lottery and you're whining about the taxes.

Let us not make the same mistakes again. Pay attention to the psychology used against this pilot group. Do not allow yourself to be played, and let us not be played against each other, as this management group did with AW/US. http://s9.postimg.org/smjffji4f/Scre...8_21_24_PM.png http://s29.postimg.org/gwvg6lo3b/Scr...8_21_31_PM.png Guys, This makes DAL look better than we are. Keep in mind the DC contributions constitute the whole of our retirement plan. I am pretty sure most would gladly forgo the 15% DC contribution for the 60% FAE that many of us lost. Correct me if I am wrong, but if AMR guys are still getting a DB retirement I think you guys are doing a lot better than this chart would have it appear. As was said previously - this chart was made by our management in the hopes of getting us to accept the next substandard offer they throw our way. Scoop |

The arbitrators have a tough job due to all the extraneous variables involved. The outcome will be interesting.
Than it would be easy. |

Or they could make it easy by using Nic, everyone hired at US after the merger goes junior to that list, then just merge that list with AA list.
Than it would be easy. Lots going on. Only easy for those with small minds. |
