That email from the APA yesterday showing the DAL top earner's profit sharing bonuses being $59,000 was eye opening. I'm wondering if they're just pre-gaming for 2019?

Understood, and fully endorsed. I assumed that the profit sharing was based on your base salary and hours flown and not necessarily a hard percentage of whatever you pulled down with extra time and soft pay you took advantage of. Bravo if there are guys getting significantly more than the quoted number. I'm always all for pilots getting paid more.

Filler. Because they tried (and failed) to hijack the careers of the West pilots by "representing" them in this SLI. Voting in the MOU was voting OUT the scabs. When do 97% of a pilot group agree on *anything*? Never. Except fighting off an armed robbery. If the East scabs hadn't incentivized a yes vote so thoroughly, maybe profit sharing would be on the property. Any pilot, from any airline would have voted exactly the same as those 97% if forced into the same situation. The failed USCABA experiment is directly related to this POS contract... I used to sympathetic to the West's plight. Not so much anymore after the way they have treated me and some of my fellow third listers. I think a few of them will be fired once we start mixing crews. I don't see APA fighting for some of these jackasses.
