Call it chill, or call it nuts, I do not really care what anyone thinks of my posts or my mindset when I post them. I come on here about once a month with nothing else to do on a long overnight. Normally, I just read and laugh, thus meaning IDGAF about anything anyone says on here....unless it's a bold face lie, or spreading of a rumor they heard and are pushing it as a fact. Guess I've been on too long for this visit. Just grew tired of reading complete lies and unsubstantiated rumors of posters trying rational their lies as truth. Right now, many good people are under stress waiting for this SLI. The lowest form of humans are taking advantage of that, and claming to have inside information, while having nothing more than a middle school level rumor, or are making up their own lie. I've been flying with them, good people, for weeks, that are desperate for something real. It's sad to see people, stressed and worried, finding solace in posts coming from here and other sites. Posts that are nothing but lies. Just like, for example, the lie/rumor that the SLI would out on August 5th. The guy I was flying with must have checked his email/phone 30 times yesterday. I felt for him.

I do know, the crap the usual suspects are spewing is just that, crap. Just felt it was time to call, one in particular, out on their massive BS. He/she is not, by far, the only, or worst one.

Sad souls are the usual suspects, coming here to post nothing but self serving lies and pontificating them as truth.

I am done after this, but yes, the NMB published the CAL/UAL ruling, in coordination with the emails from the company and union regarding the ruling. Was it coordinated by all, yes, and all posted at the same time, yes. However the NMB controlled the release because they are the ruling body. They don't turn on the company or union thumb, the company and union turn on theirs.

Now, could, COULD, the company and union have the final SLI in hand...sure (probably do), but they are not going to say or do anything till the NMB says they can. It's that simple

I don't know why everyone insists its going to be on a Friday. I would think management would want it released when they are all working so they could handle any potential temper tantrums

The AA recalls here at JB seem to think it is because APA cut a deal with management to screw them out of knowing their new seniority number until after their last recall class on the 9th.

The arbitrators might be delaying the award until they know who is, or isn't, accepting recalls. That way they can evaluate the impact with facts vs using assumptions on the total number of recallees.
