Latest AA 3XP has the junior guy as a spring 2013 new hire. Five yrs and eight months.
It would be a good guess to anticipate the junior G4 to become more junior as more G4 a/c are delivered. Combine that with an increase in retirements and G4 might drop to 4 yrs LOS shortly??

They held it sub 5 years on property.
I’m not sure when 11,7XX was hired. He’s the plug.

[QUOTE=Al Czervik;2688827]Are you looking at LAA hire dates? LUS has late 13 fall hires on the 777.
11,300-11,500 are fall 13 hires for LUS ]
The data I looked at had the junior guy as a spring 2013 hire. Maybe guys senior to him have later DOH’s due to the SLI?
