First of all, we don't know the final max pay rate yet.
But like I said, just split it down the middle, apply the same factor that's in effect right now and you'll probably be pretty close. I don't think there are gonna be any surprises on this one, either or the high side or the low side. It'll be right around Kalitta rates.

This is what I'd expect. The most recent contracts were IIRC K4(2021), ABX(2021), ATI(2019 I think) & Omni/K4 (2018). Using them as a bench mark and the very recent K4 increases, I'd expect a reasonable result to match the current K4 as the trend is obviously increasing. Going industry average of what is current book ignores the industry realities and trends. I think your prediction is a good bet.

could be as simple as copy them. K4 isn't the only one with multiple types in one pay category. I've seen it done by weight too. Large 400,000+ and small 400,000-

I would expect pay rates for the 74 minimum to March Kalitta but I would be surprised if we landed somewhere between Kalitta and FedEx/UPS. I am interested to see where the pay rates for other fleets land. Now that we have cleared the last hurdle with briefings, we should expect a ruling in August/September at the earliest.

it’s all a win for the company. Delayed for 5 years is a win- Arbitrator takes company’s current book proposal it’s a win, arbitrator “spilts the baby” with union and company offer, it’s a win. Now get back to work, and enjoy your 10 year contract.

I know it’s a long shot but man, wouldn’t it be awesome if the arbitrator stuck it to the company and saw through the bull**** and went with union proposal all the way? This should send a message to other companies trying to sidestep and screw their workforce over.
Probably won’t happen but a man can dream

Pardon my ignorance, potential applicant/Late to the party…question: are the proposed (edit) pay bumps in the briefs (edit) applicable to both the southern and atlas fleets ie 777 also or strictly to atlas metal due to the different contracts? (I’m aware atlas purchased southern a few years back). Also not considering this negotiation in public. Thanks
