So finally got the CJO for the 76. Very excited to join the team. Can anyone give some insight into the first year? Common destinations, Split trips, over night flying, general QOL things?

Yes, recently the company updated their policy to require all employees who must travel for work to be or become fully vaccinated.

Really?! How recent is that? I saw a thing about temp checks and that's it.

Are exemptions being granted?

Atlas operates on a global scale. Many countries require vaccination and some even require boosters. Should some pilots be provided special handling while others are forced to work overtime to cover trips? Think not.

It was a simple question, with a simple answer.

No rant for or against vaccination, no politcal dissertation expousing any sort of bend one way or another. Did I interject anything other than a question? Think not.

YES!

For the bonus question; Odds of being hired without being vaccinated? ZERO

Birdsmash, for a lot of those that are following their Religious convictions Matthew 19:29 probably helps.

Nobody is forced to pick up open time. If you get burnt out just don’t VX. You’ll probably be refreshed after a while and will be ready to go at it again.

We are all professional Pilots and showing each other grace goes a long way — and improves CRM tremendously.
