Makes sense and thanks for the update. So any cheddar/improvements, etc. will be brought forward by the company side, approved by y’all of course in our best interest. Time will tell on what the future holds regarding exodus, hiring and future business - it’s all on them. Thx again Knox.

Anyone else refer a Pilot and have a hard time getting the $5,000 bonus credited? I have emailed them multiple times after referring a buddy that got hired and it kind of seems like trying to nail a fly to the wall. If they advertise this and then make it really hard to get the bonus for those that follow the rules, wouldn’t that be pretty discouraging for people to want to do it again???

The person doing the referrals is doing them once a month, so it can take up to 2 months from DOH to first part showing on your paycheck.

If you need an email address to hurry things up, pm me.

Smile Recommendation letter

Hi everybody! I am trying to get a job at Atlas Air but I `ve got no call yet. I flew Erj 190 for 10 years and now I am flying 738, both part 121. It seems I need a recommendation letter to get to the door, any suggestions how to get one?

Thanks!

Come out to one of our nearby stations and talk to some folks. Get to know some of us. Keep applying.

Hi,

Is “home basing” a viable option for anyone at Atlas who live in the lower 48? Kalitta & National offer it. I have a special needs child. Renting anywhere is out of the question.

Thanks,

HD

Unsure how our Gateway system affects the special needs consideration but we do not “offer” home basing. Our Gateway system does not require an individual to rent a crash pad if that might be the issue. Gateway participant’s are ticketed to their base or departure airport for work and provided a hotel. If I am not mistaken, Kalitta has a 16 work day requirement and the first and last day travel days are inclusive being home based; whereas, our 17 work day requirement may not include your travel days and cost you a day or even more to pre-position and return home.

Apologies for any misunderstanding of the issue at hand other than being away even longer.

Hello folks. I have a couple of questions about Atlas! short background. I'm 32 years old. Flying in Ek trying to move to the US. I have a green card. I have 4200 hours on jets (B737 & B777).

I have been checking ATLAS for a while & wanted to ask my questions to you guys.

1-)If hired, is it possible to start flying with a B777 in Mia? If not, how long will it take to be based in Mia?

2-)What's the average time for an upgrade?

3-)Is an online interview possible? (I'm living in Dubai)

4-)How is it like flying from Miami?

5-)Is there any Dubai-Sıtanbul layover? - If yes which fleet is making it?

6-)Which fleet is the best for QoL?

I have many questions in my mind. Thank you so much in advance
