That was a smart move with plenty of opportunities out there although they seem to be dwindling a bit. The rest of the holdouts here are awaiting a heavy/lifestyle/other priorities so hopefully everyone meets their goals.

I agree. It’s has worked out well for me. I see great happening though in your guys future though.

Agree as well, we hope so too - unfortunately hope isn't a strategy so we'll let the clock keep rolling on this. Happy it worked out for you and that is the quest everyone should seek = Find your priorities within this industry and get there!
