No. Zero chance for that in the foreseeable future. There is 1-2 flights a day max from HNL right now. Most are 767 going back to ONT(the base they originate from). Twice a week are 747 flights from HNL to SYD or occasionally AKL then on to SYD. Those 747 flights originate from ORD or ANC.
If you want to be HNL based you need to go to Hawaiian.

With Hawaiian Airlines operating for Amazon it's unlikely we'll be opening a HNL base for the 767. But who knows?

One of the longest customers of Atlas is (drum roll please) Polar Air Cargo. That's right, Atlas will occasionally provide ACMI services to Polar. So if they drop two airframes from the Polar certificate that just means more work for Atlas.
You can imagine the magical effect all of this has on respective balance sheets. And the executives just keep playing with their shells and peas.
