Emailed for test July 24th
Interviewed August 5th
Dunked in the pool August 13th
Called for class Sept. 7th
Hired Sept 29th
Type ride Nov 19th

I have been sitting at home for three weeks awaiting OE and I was just called to have my first flight on Monday. There are still two from my NH class that have not flown and will be at home until January before they start flying.

Will ask 12-18-2014 10:32 AM

Bruin, which airplane did they put you in? the 76?

Thanks!

Wow... If that's true then the company had better be paying the 767 guys awarded the 747, 747 pay come January 5th (not April and May) . They just gave new hires classes ahead of them. Is that legal per the CBA?

You tell me - CBA 24.C.2.a

Now, do you think they care?

On the vacancy award

**Pay rate change effective upon completion of training by a junior Crewmember in same Position

That's nowhere in the contract, totally pulled out of thin air and violation of the contract.

If this is true we need to do something about that. I'm fine with it if the company gives the guys hired 3 and a half years ago 747 pay starting January 5th plus they give the entire pilot group something else. Rig during training would be a nice gesture.
