Guys,
The way Atlas has been using the pool is they place you in there AFTER the interview, but you do not yet have a class date...PERIOD. No other definition of that word. Somebody please correct me if I got that wrong. Good luck. Yes, so by that definition, there must be at least 20 or so people in the pool currently, from October and December interviews. Were there November interviews as well? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

And what the recent drop in the cost of a barrel of crude is doing to the value of 401 (k)'s...
Actually, I'm a lot more curious about what the drop in crude price is going to do to the long term viability of the SonAir and Astral contracts. |

Actually most oil analysts and shippers have stated that oil demand will fall 5-6% the next 18 months due to weak demand in China and India and other developing nations.....
That said... lower oil, means lower jet fuel prices meaning some shippers will opt again for air freight vs other means of transportation.... |
Good for all

Question for the applicants:
When you send in your updated resume/PAQ, do you insert a formal cover letter in the body of the email? Or just a little note saying how glad you'd be to get a call, etc...or nothing at all? I usually include a little email explaining why i sent the update (flight time, new license, etc..) ? Thanks 3500TT, 2000TPIC/Multi, almost all Mil C-130 time. Cheers! |
Hey guys I received the call from HR and they invited me to the interview in Miami. Been lurking for a while and in the process of going through the 1000 pages of this forum and trying to get an idea of the culture at atlas and what a typical schedule is like. At one point I saw a post that listed page numbers of important info but I can't seem to find it again. Anyone know where that post is? Also it would be nice to take a look at the contract if that's available online. Thanks to all who post here, the info is so helpful!

Thanks John Carr, that's very helpful! Are people happy there? Seems like it. I'm wondering if a lot of people are leaving for one of the big three. The grass is always greener right?
