Not judging, just saying "the writings on the wall"...or in your case, your Avitar.
I believe quite the opposite. I think the more people leave, the more it will help our cause. I hope to be here for the long run and want nothing more for the company to succeed and for us to get the cba we deserve. This place is nothing without the line pilots that fly the airplanes. When the company can't grow the airline next year due to pilots leaving, they'll have to do something. I just heard today we have 25 waiting on united. Not sure how accurate that is, but that is the rumor. I think it would be great if for every class of 25 we had, 5 people didn't show up. If someone wants to use this place as a stepping stone to move onto bigger and better, more power to them. If the company wants this to be a destination airline, then we should be paid as pilots from every other airline.

It locked me out of the site as well. It's like they really don't want you to know.

I can only speak for the 747 side of things. You could work every day of the month if you were insane enough to do so.

Just did the test this morning. Believe it or not, it showed my score after completing the test. Now I'm waiting for the call like a few others.

The new hire vacancies aren't here yet, they are just Purchase's plan down the road. Think about it, if they were on property they'd have names.

Did they have specific November dates for you? I'm waiting on call back too. Already did phone interview last month and passed but had to turn down October interviews.

Thanks for you personal insight, but I did not say I didn't try. 22 VX days since completing OE at the end of July and ZERO OT, none, nada, zip. So I will stand by my statement expect no OT as a new hire

32 of the 126 listed new-hires are currently in class (not yet listed on the seniority list), but yes, the remaining 94 are vacancies, not filled positions. What we're discussing is that they will no doubt be filled within the next 3-4 months.
