I think a couple of the folks in the process here in the last month are reporting total times less than 3000.

It may be *competitive* to be a lower-time pilot, so you can't immediately leave for Delta or FedEx or whomever....

Not yet. Maybe since I live in Anchorage they are waiting until they hire into the 747 again, or maybe they arent that interested. I am staying positive though.

Hmm...8200hrs, 8 type ratings, international experience. Is that why I can't get a call? I'm tired of the sandbox and just want to fly for Atlas.

I heard competitive mins were 4000 hours. That was from a good source about 8 months ago.

I'm hoping with all the hiring going on it will drop to 3000 if it hasn't already.
