Not sure the interview process will be the exact same as previous gouge now that the company has booted the union out of the process? Report back on that for others that follow. Also for people coming here, the company presented an LOA to us that allegedly was to allow them to transfer planes between certificates and play the whipsaw game between Southern and Atlas. GREAT work environment here currently!

Initially, I wanted to work for Atlas, even though they don't have hats. However, with the labor strife, I would be bullied by union thugs because I believe in the success of the company is success for pilots (Do not bite the hand that feeds!) So if I am called, I will respectfully turn down an offer to score high on the test and interview process. Besides, I now have an "in" at 2 legacies and if hired , I will be one of the youngest pilots on either of the seniority lists!

Good luck to the rank and file Atlas/Southern pilots! Do not be bullied by management OR the union!

And furlough to make this LOA happen. Atlas is a trainwreck. Anyone interested coming here needs to seriously evaluate what you're about to get into. Just my 2 cents.

Too obvious, if you want to troll successfully you have to be a bit more nuanced, C-

Well this did not take long. Updating my résumé tonight. Atlas is not a career airline, I see that now. Good guys and girls here, but management will not pay us what we are worth. There are too many places to go to now, so way suffer.
Sorry.. Guys I will not recommend anymore pilots.

Well, I'm done with the online test, but I couldn't get the result at the end of it, so that's gonna eat me up for now...
Some of the questions had to do with windshear, ASOS vs AWOS, Jetstream, transition altitude and level, tons of weather specially fronts and symbols and Metars. Descend planning on an arrival so you have to add and substract distances between fixes quite a bit. Wet runway and V1 relation, some illusion questions haze/rain-narrow-water, etc. transponder codes 76 77. 3:1 rule on approach using DME, lateral stability stuff, FISDL weather services, MSA and MVA q's about obstacle clearance, SMIGS taxi,... Thas all folks I'm fried, hope it helps.
Thanks to those who took the time to help others (including me) with gouges and tips!
And again, I'm joining the group of ppl that couldn't get the score at the end.. I feel your pain now lol

Log back in and go to the "Reports" tab. It should be listed there.

The interview without pilots there will probably be even easier than before... Something like "Can you handle 17 day trips? Are you sure?? Seriously, 17 days, can you handle that? Seventeen... You cool with that for reals?.... Yeah? Ok we are desperate. You're hired"
