how/when do you get to pick your fleet? if you really wanted the 74 and not the 76 could you get guaranteed a fleet before accepting a CJO?
Guarantee? Are you joking? Atlas offers no guarantees to anyone, especially people who only have an offer.

What can you expect in the interview?
Tests? Technical? Sim eval?

Relaxing or stressful?

Just dress business casual and bring your logbooks. Good luck.

You'll sit down with HR, a panel of pilots and get a technical portion from one of our senior captains. It's pretty relaxed. At some point you'll be in a conference room waiting for your turn to visit with a particular interviewer. There will be an HR rep in the conference room with you as you hang out, drink coffee and eat snacks. This is still part of the interview.

It's pretty relaxed. Their goal is to get to know you; having you on edge doesn't help them do so. Hope this helps.

They want you to be honest about wanting to leave for other airlines. They'll still hire you if you are truthful and say that you plan to go to FedEx or UPS soon. They are just that desperate .

I’m a 3rd year FO at atlas and I don’t expect that I’ll be able to hold CA for another 18-24 months. Upgrade times are getting longer, as well. I would guess that it’ll stabilize around the 5-6 year mark.

Default huh?

OK, retired military looking at airline jobs, and pretty clueless of course when it comes to some airline pilot terms/lingo.
Forgive my ignorance, but what do the initials "CA" stand for?
For example, it was used in the post above this.

Thanks
