Can confirm this is accurate. 4/4 class date and just got my CBT email today. Expect about 2 weeks prior to training. CBTs do not have to be completed by the time you get to training but as I have been advised by others, it will be helpful if you can have them completed. Congrats to those who have gotten job offers recently.

Looks like the most recent award has a July 2018 hire awarded 73 CA, granted he’ll be halfway up the list in CVG in the left seat. On the most recent vacancy company canceled all upgrades except for the 747. The newest 73 CA is likely a backfilled seat.

wait. what I got reading everything is that from start until you finish training your are getting 64. After that the calculation would be 4.85 crt a day. So 17 days would be 17 x 4.85 x current pay. 1st year : ( after training) 4.85x17x92 = 7,584.40.So acutally you would have 82.45 for all the 17 days. What am I getting wrong?

Ok wait. I thought that after 4 monhs of training getting 92 x 64 min it would be CRT 4.85 x 117days x 92 = 7,585.40. For the remaining 8 months. That would apply for the subsequent years and related pay.

CRT is prorated. It isn't 4.85 hours per day, it's technically 1 hour of pay for every 4.95 hours of duty. So, if your first day starts at 23z you aren't making 4.85 hours of pay, you're making 0.2 hours of pay for that day. Same thing if your last day ends at 1z.

Are you seeing any older new hires.
I have been flying down under for the last 12 years. Am ready to come back the US but at 49, have I left it too late?

We'd hire you. 49 isn't anything to fret about.
