New pilot contract increased cost to company versus old contract by 10-11%.

Not true. 1 -200 FO, and 1 -400 FO bid to the 76 on the last bid. They are #1 ans 2 FO's on the 767.
BTW, new bid just came out. Have not had time to look at it yet.
