Same thing here - bounced back from "crew.jobs" however, the crewjobs@atlasair I sent last night didn't bounce. I went ahead and attached it in both .PDF and .DOC - I guess after the PAQ is up and running I'll do it all over again....By the time they get this all straight they'll probably have 18 different copies of my Resume!

Im a devout Mac user also but word for Mac can still do the same thing. Although a devout Mac sometimes you just have to go with the flow and give in to Microsoft as well. Good news is Word for Mac is not as expensive as Windows.

Guys,

All this just to send in a resume to the Company...of course, you do realize that this is also a test to see if you will be a good fit for the job. Your efforts are being tallied against an "ideal" of their points system!!

As for the Mac v Windows battle? Now that I am a Mac user, I can tell you that the Company does not cater to us...as far as they are concerned, Mac's just don't (or at least, shouldn't) exist.

Good luck to all...

Oh, i have patience. I was a gate agent for a large int'l carrier for 4 years before i started flying. I have 2 boys, a 4 yr old and a 5 yr old. I have PLENTY of patience. Just hard to contain my excitement and eagerness to become a member of the Atlas flying club...

As for the Mac v Windows stuff....i understand the resistance to Mac by large companies that don't want to spend the extra money to cater to us Mac users..... And i do use my Windows laptop, only if i have to.... And it is kinda cool to have two computers running side by side at my desk....makes me feel important!!

The IT guys would all be unemployed if the companies went to Mac OS...it just works. As opposed to the Windows OS and all the other crap...it keeps them employed!!

If you have the old E-Mail Address from the Last Resume's Acceptance period.....Great.....Send us your CURRENT Resume' Only.....If you don't have that E-Mail...or can't figure it out.....or can't get one your Atlas Buddies to give it to you.....You may be out of luck.....

If we find that we STILL Have a COMPLETED Atlas PAQ for you ON FILE...We MAY contact YOU for a Phone Interview, and if we LIKE you, we will send you a link to the Online Technical Assesment.....

Then Based on that...They will go from there....

Don't think they are looking to be inundated this time around...just looking to see what people....that applied before with Atlas PAQ's ON FILE already...Are STILL interested in the position with Atlas.....

They probably don't want to look through thousands of new PAQ's......Just Current Resume's......Of people that had PAQ's on file already.....

I also say just think outside the box....Find out from your Atlas sources what the EXACT E-Mail Address is that Pilot Recruitment is using....and send your Current Resume', Along with Any Supporting Documents that may be beneficial......If they are interested...They will reach out....Then Touch Base with your Atlas Contact and let them know the situation.....

They can go to HR and find out exactly what the deal is and make sure that your Resume' Submission is okay "Because you were left with NO other Choice."........

I think you will not see anything else OTHER that what they Posted Today...They want to see HOW resourceful we really are...

How badly do we still want it.
Instead of all this, it seems they simply weren't quite ready on Aug 13.

I sent in an updated PAQ as many of my quals have changed...maybe that will help and not "overwhelm" the system with another app and paq. Best of luck to all...lookin' forward to the opportunity of grill/study time!

The address was always [email protected], [email protected] is new to me. Maybe the site is still being updated, noticed that the PAQ link is not there yet.
