Giant pilot, when did your buddy submit his resume and PAQ?

Approximately how long after he submitted his stuff did he get a call for the phone interview?

Thanks!

He was one of the guys that had their interview cancelled due to the parking of the Classic fleet, he's been waiting since last December.

Did they assign him a class date? I'm curious if the September 24 class is full yet.

Another one of my rec's has an interview next week on the 13th, I guess HR is giving internal recommendations, a lot of consideration.

Don't give up guys, things are happening here at Atlas, and there will be lots of opportunities this year and going into next year.

Thanks for the update Giant (and all that have provided so much great info here.) I'm sitting patiently with fingers crossed for an opportunity.

Cheers,

Timmy

Great answer 8. I just completed a year here. I am based in HSV. There is good and there is bad. Mostly great though. I love this job!!!

Under the five-year, fixed-price contract, crews for the Air Force One, a modified version of the Boeing 747-200, will receive ground and flight-simulator training at Atlas Air’s world-class training center in Miami, Fla. Atlas Air has held the contract and has been providing this service to the Air Force since October 2007

Love this company I work for!!!
