True or not, not my point earlier. You will be down to that “designated pilot” meaning 1 SOB up front. Half your workforce. Grab a book or plenty of download content finding the end of the internet. Good for introverts. Transporter will be developed so no worries unless a fly enters the mix. Ooops there’s my age bracket. $$$ or nature finds a way.

Is English not your first language? I’m not arguing with you about why the pilot would be on board. Your statement just made no sense. A manned flight by definition has a pilot on board. So saying that the first manned flight will have a pilot on board is redundant. That’s all.

I wouldn't be too worried--especially since Boeing is/was crashing new Max9's WITH pilots onboard. No way in HE!! you'd catch me and my family sitting in the back of one.

Yep-- maybe you've not been keeping up with current events. It seems that BOEING paid some foreign bad actors to do some sophisticated programming on a vital part and it didn't work out too good for a few hundred people or so.

Yeah, I know what happened. The pilots crashed when they didn’t properly deal with a runaway stab trim event and two of them locked the throttles in t/o power and tried to deal with the problem at or over the barber pole.

Bad enough to ground an entire fleet, cost Boeing BILLIONS. I think it went a little deeper than pilot error, but, isn't that ALWAYS the fallback/default position--especially when the involved crews are dead?

Thats what the news always says--so it must be true right?

I don’t assess the event based on politically driven decisions designed to create the appearance of valid solutions. Same with COVID. But you do you and join the flock singing the party line over whatever issue is front and center for today.
