That's from their previous qualifications and experience, *multiple regionals closing their doors and pilots needing somewhere - anywhere to go*, and not anything they got at Breeze. They would have been contacted by the legacies anyway had Covid not happened.
Going forward from here and 2022+, with everyone starting to hire, I think the bottom feeder statement may be true...
Unless they hire at standard regional requirements and not UPS stats.

A Breeze flight landed after me in SDF the other day and we passed their boarding area on our way to the hotel shuttle. Reminded me a lot of when ExpressJet branded was starting out, which brought back many fond memories. Circumstances are obviously different for Breeze and I suspect their chances of carving out a niche and having success are much greater than our Aquafresh failure. Good luck and if nothing else, enjoy the ride because getting to be a part of something like this in Aviation is certainly a rarity!

Quick question. Do you mean the initial self-paced video interview, or the panel video interview?
If so, how long after your self-paced interview did you hear back from them?
