Why leave to lose potently being top % seniority and be an FO somewhere when in 6 to 12 months the pay will already close to matching the other places. We only have around 350+ pilots now it’s a tiny number compared to legacies, the ones coming here have specific reasons still.

Breeze is a pretty good gig but it will never beat a legacy job (for most). Delta has already hired a lot of 20 something year olds and the seniority train is getting farther and farther everyday. UA is more worried about virtual signaling than their employees (Kirby would do well in politics). AA, well, it’s AA. it’s not great ,but it’s not bad. If breeze turns into a mix between Azul and jb and less like allegiant, we’ll be in good shape. No one’s leaving here for another LCc, they’re all pretty similar.
