He returns money to the investors by going public. He went public with JetBlue after 24 months. I suspect the investors were given similar guidance with Breeze. Jetblue was however profitable almost from day one. They made a big point about that and had lots of financial updates. With Breeze they are putting out nothing other than we will be profitable next quarter. Even mandatory reports to the FAA are late. Even successful airlines don't generate a margin that could reward investors. The money is in going public.

The only way you can staple a list is with a pre nuptial agreement. That usually does not go over well. See SWA/Frontier attempted merger. The A230-300 could fit the SW model but is on the small side. At the moment it does not seem likely Airbus will build the A220-500. They don't want to compete with themselves.

Because we are not protected by a CBA, we could very well likely be let go after Breeze sells the planes and company to SWA, or any airline for that matter. We have no protections or job security which makes me afraid of the rumors

While true I find that scenario highly unlikely. It’s a major cost savings to take the current type rated pilots. Although one could suggest they would run a single bid and put new hires into seats to minimize double training events.

Why would they do that? The Allegheny and Mohawk amendment includes “non union and CBA” integration too.

I think at best, you'd get slotted in by DOH and even that would be a windfall.

Now define windfall and who would get the windfall here. Be sure to include everything from pay rates to retirement to work rules (soft money) to career protections such as scope, disability, etc.
