Hopefully second times a charm but I heard Breeze has a non compete with my company until August since they scooped up a recruiter at my current 135 company.
You meet Delta minimums, probably the other legacies too.

Issue is, I started flying jets at low TT. So I maybe have 1000 jet but I also only have 1900TT.

Have a look at the United mins too. Either way it’s always good to have apps out even if you end up going to Breeze.

From: 18%er but I’ll enforce UPA23 to the last period.

I’d say you’re probably not wrong to assume you won’t trigger getting a look yet but your odds certainly increase from 0 if you put in an app.

Will they ever drop the minimums back to where they were for late 2025/ early 2026 application window for FOs when they didn’t require 121 or turbine time. Live in a junior breeze base and I’m trying to hop on board with them?

The minimums will fluctuate based on their needs to man the operation. I imagine the hiring at the majors will ramp up again towards the end of the year, this will cause a bit of attrition at Breeze. Also once the new aircraft deliveries start to roll in, that will also help.

I have no idea what the attrition rate is like atm, I do know it spiked at the end of last year.

Either way, keep working at getting those hours and also keep your options open for other carriers. No one knows what the Breeze base situation will look like in 5 years time, so I wouldn’t base my career solely on that. Best of luck to you!
