To give an update on my app last summer, I made it to final interview and got a TBNT two days later. Was told by an internal rec that they were prioritizing Spirit Furloughs. Fast forward to today, I’m in the On Demand Interview phase of the process. Since my last application I got my unrestricted ATP, another PIC type rating and now have 1000 Jet and 40 of it is PIC. Hopefully second times a charm but I heard Breeze has a non compete with my company until August since they scooped up a recruiter at my current 135 company.

Will they ever drop the minimums back to where they were for late 2025/ early 2026 application window for FOs when they didn’t require 121 or turbine time. Live in a junior breeze base and I’m trying to hop on board with them?

I have no idea what the attrition rate is like atm, I do know it spiked at the end of last year.
Either way, keep working at getting those hours and also keep your options open for other carriers. No one knows what the Breeze base situation will look like in 5 years time, so I wouldn’t base my career solely on that. Best of luck to you!
