Hit the books hard, work with your sim partner, listen to your instructors. You'll do fine.

everyone passes..its just absolute morons failing. It’s a great experience and they do a reasonable job in the training department. Lots of politics going on though to say the least.

From my experience it’s just the high checkride failure pilots who struggle

some heli guys who struggle

that pilot who flew his own airplane for 1500 hours under no instruments

took 20 years away from flying and just recently coming back….they struggle

if you are a prior 121 not old and used up yet, 1500 hr CFI..follow the footprint, study, don’t give up and congratulations and welcome to breeze.

But dont forget to update those legacy apps after IOE is done

They’re all good and many are former military but unfortunately Breeze is just being used for resume washing. Rumors of a big exodus coming

Breeze is sitting on 250 PRIA forms right now. The smartest girls and guys left 2 or 3 years ago and the rest of the pilot group is waking up now

Is that ‘250’ number actually confirmed or is it just the number that is being thrown around? Pretty sure it was 100 PRIAs a few months ago!?

If it’s accurate, then that’s almost 40% of the pilot group about to leave!

that is confirmed. A lot of us have been beaten long enough on indefinite reserve and no work rules. Also many of may be scared if they don’t go now, there may be nowhere to go as we are all competing with pilots from failed LCCs trying to go to legacy’s now too

The aviation equivalent of Gresham’s Law.

Not that the LCC/ULCC pilots are necessarily “bad” but the market is currently being flooded with them. Anyone with legacy aspirations needs to get their apps in, or be buried deep in the seniority list if they ever eventually make the jump.

Akin to the “You snooze, you lose” principle. It’s inherent in seniority driven systems.

?

PRIA is all online and has been for a while now

You simply grant the company access via their 121/135 employer code

Id not trust who ever told you this
