Mind if I say that you really need to put some effort into understanding the differences before you shoot yourself in the foot somewhere by saying that you have when you haven’t or answer no when you should have said yes.
People have been taken out of class and send home for this.

I didn’t mean to come across like an a-hole.
Not saying you did.
I’m saying if you don’t bother figuring out the differences it could cost you a dream job if there’s a major miscommunication.
As in said no when it should have been yes and vice versa.
It’s a good example of an HR question:
Have you ever violated a FAR?
“Not Intentionally, however this one time.....blah blah blah....contact TRACON on this number.....blah blah blah....apologized...blah blah blah...learned from it and never happened again.
Nobody here is perfect dude.

My guess is you’ll be fine at the regional level. Use this as a lesson when you go to apply to the majors. Consider a consulting firm that will pull all of your records and help with interview prep if you need to explain some situation. It might cost you a week or two’s pay, but if it helps to land you your dream job without issue, that’s money well spent.
