just go to your local police department and it usually costs a few dollars, but its worth its weight in gold if you find an error....

As Rickair said, the biggest problem is the term "arrest". You cannot get an arrest expunged from your record unless it was gross negligence by the arresting officer, or something along those lines (i.e. discrimination, profiling, etc.). Fact of the matter is you WERE arrested, just not convicted. They would have likely been much more understanding had you said you were. BUT on the flip side, it sounds like they are working with you more than would be expected and I hope for your sake they are understanding with the situation.

IF not, just reapply because they have already shown an interest by giving you an offer, and there will be NO surprises (hopefully ) the 2nd time around....

Hopefully they look at the whole package and that was a mistake that will never happen again. I really appreciate all the comments and advice. I should know something this week. I will keep all posted.

I heard Eagle needs to hire around 600 pilots, if this is true, it could be in your favor. Good luck either way!!

Wow how far back do they go? I know my TS was only 10 years and whatever was before that was no issue. Are you telling me it is harder to get a job at AE than to get a TS security clearance?

It seems that way. I've been on active duty and reserves the last 8 yrs with a security clearance the whole time.
