Default Interviews and Logbook Question

I am thinking about consolidating my legs in my logbook into one line considering how many logbooks I'll have to burn through if I input every single flight.

Do the majors or other corporate/charter outfits have an issue with inputting 2 or more legs into one line in your logbook. Ex. if you do a trip from ATL to MCN back to ATL is there a problem with putting ATL-MCN-ATL in one line instead of splitting the two as 1) ATL - MCN 2) MCN - ATL

Just making sure this doesn't come off as sloppy to some hiring managers. Thanks.

The only ones I have heard who take offense to not logging leg by leg are some international carriers.

In my experience, in the US it is common for people to log by day or even trip putting 4+ days onto a single line.

I log daily. I have 4 large logbooks as is. If I logged flight by flight at 4-6 legs a day I would have at least 16 large logbooks.

I've been logging monthly since '91 and have been hired at 3 places without a question.
