I will also add that, if Mark O. is giving the presentation about the company at the beginning of the interview. He will pretty much giving the answer to this question during the presentation. You will want to change the wording somewhat, when it's asked during the panel interview.

Yep, some other basic common sense items. Names of senior leadership, especially flight ops. Don't bring up contract negotiations or your thoughts on how substandard it is. If they ask, say something along the there can always be room for improvement, but you've heard great thing about the qol from the people that you've talked to that works here blah blah blah. Basically, don't be negative or have anything negative to say about anybody, even your former employer.

I hope you get it and then I hope you get a legacy job shortly after. Attrition only enhances our leverage. If you are interested in a career here please be ready to fight to make it a career and not accept that it's just better than where you're coming from because it probably is. It's a good job right now but it needs to be a career.

Here's the skinny short and sweet. Relax and don't be a tool! Lord knows they've hired some lately.

Better get that legacy job soon. In case you haven't noticed the economy is about to implode.

Also it wouldn't hurt to familiar yourself with the basic financials of the company too, stock price/reports, fleet plan, know all the domicile a. Lucky for you, Spirit is small enough that getting familiar with the company in general is relatively easy.
