I was hired at Compass, they initially said 1500 req before day 1, but asked about using 25 sim and 1475. They asked the chief pilot and was approved.

Hey, I'm in a similar situation. I don't meet R-ATP requirements so I have to get the full 1500.

I'm at 1,425TT, but I have plenty of actual multi time... Has the 25hr credit allowance changed recently? I'm mostly trying to figure out how soon I can give my two weeks notice at our pipeline company... Our mechanic is 86 and has put two pilots in danger in the last 2 months due to his extremely poor memory.

Needless to say I'm trying to line my ducks up so leave ASAP

regs allow up to 100 hrs of sim time to count towards total time. however check with the airline you are applying for as they might have different requirements.

You can only use 100 hours if it was done under part 121, 135, 141 or 142 programs. Any time You do at airline training or the ATP-CTP will count.

Otherwise you can use 25 hours of simulator time towards the instrument time requirements.
