I don't know how up to date Amerijet's APC profile is, but it currently says that they have 80 pilots spread across 767s and 727s. Not quite sure how they would possibly be able to staff any amazon flying.

Perfect bc its believable or perfect bc its a lame rumor? With their pay, I could see any idea being tossed around. But what Reymex said is a good point too. Anyways, Merry Christmas.

There is limited support infrastructure with Amerijet. Everything happens out of Miami. Even our ****ty infrastrastructure at ABX is better than Amerijet!

FAA deadline for SMS implementation is March 9, 2018. Wonder how that’s going for them?

We weren’t really given a choice. David Soaper told us not to stay, and if that wasn’t enough, we have been threatened with furloughs since the day he showed up. We may not believe him, but many of us are not in a position to be wrong on that one, so it’s simply prudent to take advantage of the current state of the industry where there are better opportunities available now. It just doesn’t pay to wait around for “some day” when we have seen effectively zero progress on a contract and no indication of anything good on the horizon while our parent company hands all of the growth to an airline with multiple significant problems.
