Maybe you should just get in contact with him yourself instead of coming on here and complaining. Is that too much to ask? You are not seriously trying to write that 1224 was giving us informative accurate information?

There’s this really cool thing out now where you write a letter but on a magic box. It then through the process of magic ends up in the receivers magic box to read.

Well all the magic only works if you have email or snail mail addresses
Which ALPA does not have yet

Watch for a press release soon

I’m sure you could of just @all the pilots on the company email since they supported the ALPA drive. Don’t think they would of minded.

As noted above, any voting or whatever that has happened so far is merely a step in the process of changing the representative; your representative is still 1224 unless and until every step in the specified procedure has taken place. Only then would ALPA be the representative. The structure of the process means that you at all times have a bargaining representative.

And while people think of 1224 or ALPA or whomever of having "signed" the contract, in fact it is your group that signed. Changing the representative doesn't change that.

Both unions have been through this process many times before, and their people know how it works and what to do, and when they can and cannot legally communicate. I expect that the print shop at ALPA is spinning up customized welcome and informational packets, which will be distributed as soon as it is legal to do so.
This is the most informed post on this thread in a long time

That's every internal pilot union dispute in a nutshell right there.

"Why would I send an email when you can just call me? I'm an open book!"

Unfortunately, as of February 16, 2018, Teamsters is no longer the certified bargaining representative for the pilots of Kalitta Air.
