FDX 727 DP's
I thought we were doing well in the in the front seats. Not this month. Look at trip 226 on the 17th as an example. I know there are a lot of so's picking these trips up, but I am hoping it is because of a lack of understanding.

A non-member and two new hires. At least two of them have a semi-valid excuse(or full excuse, if on reserve)...I mean, no trip is worth doing on first year pay, much less a DP.

Gunter: Glad you cleared that out. Those justifications just don't cut it. Ignorance would be the only legitimate excuse, except there is no reason why they shouldn't know which pairings are DPs, so really there is no excuse for flying them unless you are on reserve.
I don't like the logic of that either, but that is the process we have and we ALL need to support it.
