It truly depends on if we receive the aircraft anticipated. I know we have missed out on one. But it’s a safe bet hiring will continue into 2021. As to when a class drops that’s the unknown variable.

I know a lot of guys who went through the interview and were placed in a hiring pool pending future class dates. Not sure how many are in that pool. AJT seems to decide on classes last minute and pull whoever they can into them. The good news is the growth is there.

Any idea if they send you TBNT email or advise you in a pool or just have to hope for the best.

I’m still waiting to hear about my interview status. I interviewed in July. I haven’t received TBNT yet so I still have hope to hear something from them.
