I got an email inviting me to an interview and asking for a date.
I'm hesitant to accept since I already have a CJO and ATI will not pay for a ride out there or a hotel. I'd rather not drop $1,000 on interviewing for a job that I'm on the fence about. I would 100% interview if they covered airfare and hotel.

ATI has devolved rather quickly into a full on dumpster fire. If you have a better option you should take it. Most FOs are looking for a way out and several Captains have already bailed. If you want a 767 type rating and need a temporary job then go for it.

Can you expand on the 'dumpster fire' part?

So I’ve been hearing alot of noise about upgrade time at ATI, some as low as 18-24 months, some up around 5-6 years. I know there’s not much planned growth this year due to slowdowns on new airframes, but what’s the current state of things, and where’s the attrition at, I’d assume mostly the FO list but I’d like to get a gouge.

True but this is very normal in the ACMI cycle. Those who get hired today will be captains in short time and will reap the benefits of the new contract when it arrives in 3-9 years.
