Your comments makes total sense. Lots of applicants don't know what they are about to get into. Re-think

Funny how working with and talking to the new hires in the last couple years, they are happy to be here and the majority have no plans of going anywhere. Your comments are based on what? Wishing they had less % match like ATI or K4 or Atlas, no scheduling protection like all the other ACMI carriers? Do they want lower disability like ATI, Atlas, K4, Etc? Please explain?

Lightbulb Survey

Another public service announcement ....
204 active ABX pilots participated in a recent union survey. 59 of those pilots expect to leave the employ of ABX in the next year or 2. Of that group, 37 expect to retire, 22 expect to resign. (Presumably going to legacy, Purple, Brown, LCC, etc.).
There were also some questions on schedule preferences, and other topics. I'll leave it up to active ABX pilots on forum to humor forum curiosity on those matters should they chose to do so.
Hth, you're welcome.

So the recent survey that came out today says otherwise. A total of 22 are planning on moving on to another carrier. Most of those that I have talked to came to ABX with the plan to get wide body International then move on. You need a better info source or quit drunk posting...or both. Try betting on baseball or picking the winning lottery numbers. You could not do worse.

I can just about guarantee that a significant majority of the 22 who expect to resign are in the bottom 50 on the seniority list. This should hardly come as a surprise as a good number of them were furloughed from other airlines and ABX provided a place to weather the storm.

I am curious about this as well. Rumor has it a mid-late June class is expected, but that's pretty soon and nothing confirmed yet.
Anyone perhaps on the inside have any information?

Thank you very much
