They removed me before I finished my last leg so they are pretty good with that rule too.

Worst pay and work rules in the industry yet they get petulant when people try to move on. Sadly typical.

Since they like turnover so much they should be buying pilots tickets to get to their interviews.

Correct. Simply a strategy to stop the bleeding. Pretty bad when they are already "outsourcing" pilots from other countries on the planet to work for a company that has a substandard contract and work rules. Like I said, its a new level of Scumbaggery. Buyer beware.

Amazon learned everything they need to know from DHL. Why pay top dollar for lift you can get as cheap as chartering an empty leg on a Citation? They do 2 HOUR friggin turns and no global sort. Any 36th street operator can meet their performance metrics. They probably can't meet the ready reserve staffing requirements but V1 already proved that you can just lie about that and even when you get caught Amazon doesn't care enough to actually punish you for it.

Pilots from war-torn countries who are desperate to save their families and are being exploited. It's shameful.
