Default ATI Updated Info

I'm about to possibly go for interview with ATI

Can you give me an insight of the latest pay at ATI ?
What is the pay during training ?
Does ATI still have the Pacific run ? What are the chances for a new joiner to get this route ?
Hows the training and guy down the line ? Does it have a good work environment ?

Thank you all

Pay on APC is accurate. MMG during training. Multiple pac runs on the 75 combi and one per 2 weeks on the 767, you won't get it unless you're on hot/open reserve and somebody calls out.

Training for the actual sim is good. Good, knowledgeable instructors. Systems is all by yourself via CBTs. Work environment is okay, probably worse than Atlas for the same kinda work but it's better than regional flying. Corporate in Wilmington gives me the impression the gene pool in that city is very limited though.

Question

"Fun Fact: Last week, AMZ announced July 11 and 12 as this year's Prime Days. The event kicks off at 0300 EDT on July 11."
Is this a hidden green light message from the union?

I would look at how many pilots have left the company in the past year and the average time of pilot on property, that would give you a good idea of how things are run. I don’t know those numbers, but I know pilots there aren’t happy. a high turnover rate of qualified applicants isn’t good.

125+ pilots (Captains and First Officers) have left as of last week since Jan 1st.

The company has only hired around 80 First Officers and there are starting to be delays with getting them to the line since a large number of Check Airmen are quitting.

We only have about 520 pilots give or take (Including pilots in training).

Hi there, forum members! I am starting my indoc in August and I'm curious about the indoc and the flight training @ ATI and would love to hear about your experiences. What advice would you give to someone who is starting indoc soon. Thank you in advance for sharing your insights and appreciate any input you can provide.
