You can get the pay issue fixed, but it all be an uphill battle and it will be painful. And feel free to not work, but they've made it clear-you will be fired. You'll eventually get your pay (maybe) but you will 100% be fired. They won't be held hostage because you wanted your deserved paycheck.

I guess, get a 75/76 type and bounce to United or Delta if your resume will get you there. But then again if your resume could get you to DAL or UAL, would you even need a 75/76 type is my question.

For Christ's sake...grow a pair. In the last 35 yrs at airlines, I never worked unless I wanted to. And I for sure would not go to work if I wasn't getting paid!

What's your time to upgrade look like these days?

Are those pay scales correct? $87 ph? I didn't think anybody was under $100 anymore except a few bottom rung regionals.

Time to upgrade is ASAP if you qualify. Contract is old and pay is even worse, so yeah.

New hires are getting captain awards if they the hours that qualify. FO year 1 pay is $30 more per hour than UPS and year 2 is higher than Southwest and some other ULCCs

The hourly rates are important but so is the guarantee. The 60 hour guarantee makes these pay rates awful.
