The info concerning hiring experience, sponsorship, and flying sim profiles is all well and good. Realistically, in light of changing retirement age to 65 and a dismal economy, and some 10,000 applicants already in line for a meet and greet, I think it will be quite some time before FDX begins hiring en mass again.
When the housing market bottoms out 12-18 mos, and then domestic and global economies return, and our retirements pick-up again 4.5 years, then you'll see FDX hire like the days of yesteryear...hopefully

AA, why are you pulling 9 g's on the range? Perhaps you need to lay off the g's a little and increase your roll rate, thereby giving yourself a little more time on final. Just a suggestion from a very old hog driver, who was used to 25 cents per bomb and 50 cents for strafe.

I've had buds at pax airlines emailing me asking me if I know this guy? They can't believe it!*? I frequently find myself asking, "WWMD" (What would Matt do?) when I find myself in difficult situations!*?
