XJT,
I'm presuming your interested in a pilot position with UPS. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought all employment inquiries start with an online application.
https://ups.managehr.com/Home.htm Go to "complete applications".
I don't think Leon Johnson is directly involved with hiring/resumes, anymore.
Best of Luck, our hiring in 2008 will more than likely be pretty slim until all the transition training is near completion. Put in other terms, we will be doing a lot of flying this year at UPS.

XJT Pilot-- Have you attended a job fair with UPS since ~Aug07? If not, maybe the following will help regarding résumé expectations.
I'm told HR's recent policy's to not accept physical résumés. They may glance at your paper, but now hand it back, advising to do everything online. They generally say the web-based system doesn't allow viewing an applicant's file/résumé until 'the computer' recommends an interviewee. Admirably, they're trying to be consistent by not taking anyone's papers.
Regardless, best of luck to you.
