Default Feb Open Time

Am I missing something, or is Open Time unusually sparse for February? OT is released tonight, and there is nothing after 10 Feb, not even any airport standbys. Any thoughts??

The stby's are put in later today, and yes it is very thin. Should be the ultimate feeding frenzy for those xtra's.

I just looked at it, 9:45 lcl mem time, and it seemed like 90 trips in open time for Mem 11 Capt's.. and 2 for ANC Capt's...

makes ya wanna go hmmmmmmm are we still being punished here in ANC?

Where's the 2% that's used to "prime the pump"? It's not there in either MD seat!

In ANC we won't allow any drilling in our wilderness... so I guess they don't feel the need to prime our pump.

Just seems to me that would be something a good Moderator could moderate!

So this means it will only take 2 hours (versus the usual 4) to get the dreaded "Disapproved - Earlier Time Stamp" message!

They said that they were working on a fix to the server busy problem. I guess they found the solution.

There's a rumor we are little fat. Think that has anything to do with it?

Maybe that's why VTO lines have been getting reserve days.

Might be we are fat, but I bet it is just as much the amount of credit we are flying these days. With guys flying 100+ hour months consistently (usually with carry-in), it doesn't leave too much in open time.

Does the union keep any statistics on average credit per pilot? I know they keep stats on how much money we pay them, it might be interesting to see. My guess is that we, as a group, are going way over BLG. Not saying anything is wrong with this either as long as the extra time isn't disputed...
